LeadScorz typically will serve only as a technology provider supporting such relationships, but may at time also serve as the Agent of our Advertiser clients. In either case, we rely on the parties adhering to the Standard IAB 3.0 Terms, unless such Terms are superseded by specific revisions as provided for within a duly executed Insertion Order referencing alternate or augmenting Special Terms which may , and thereby incorporating such additional terms.
