We are seeking a Client Success Associate with SaaS customer support experience and strong data analysis skills to join our Seattle-based team.
Company Overview
LeadScorz is a 4 year-old Seattle based Cloud Services Provider to large B2C marketers that was recently funded for growth. We have gained significant traction in multiple vertical markets, including Financial Services, Insurance, Education and Household Products and Services. Our proven, game-changing SaaS platform enables full automation of sales lead lifecycles and increases conversion rates for our clients. Our platform utilizes AI-based predictive modelling to grade data leads and calls in real-time and delivers them instantly to call centers and Field Agent networks. Our platform serves as a clearing house and lead filtering service that integrates to both Suppliers and Buyers. By monitoring lead consumption and Agent performance in real-time, we match supply to demand across our clients’ sales teams. We are experiencing strong demand and seek to add to our team to support the anticipated growth.
Responsibilities you will be expected to assume;
- Plan, execute and manage client implementations and ongoing support
- Collaborate with clients to customize services to their sales organization
- Develop project plans to meet client goals and objectives
- Build relationships with clients to ensure brand and project success
- Create a positive experience for clients through communication and follow-through
- Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address client needs in a timely manner
- Coordinate and facilitate client meetings to assist with implementations
- Monitor and report on project performance
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
Technical Skills this role entails;
- Understand the basics of predictive modeling
- Assist in model building, testing and ongoing performance assessments
- Understand client’s business models within our core verticals
- Manage customer data integrity and reporting
- Assist in creating and delivering user training materials
- Reporting Dashboard design and use (LeadScorz, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
Professional Qualifications and Skill Sets required to excel in this role;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in client support with a Tech Company
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual-thinking skills
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerBI skillset are mandatory; SQL and other database skills a plus
- A track record of competent project management
- Comfort with small-team environments, collaborative problem solving
- Desire to help build a successful new product and drive company success
Reports to: Director Client Services
Compensation:
$65,000 – $75,000 DOE, Non-Exempt, Annual Salary Review
